Michelin Chef Alberto Rossetti presents Emilia Romagna regional event

Born in 1972, Alberto Rossetti, after studying at the Hotel Institute of Salsomaggiore Terme, he began his work experience in Trentino. He returned to Parma and learned fish cooking techniques with Ferruccio Minuz. From this moment a long journey of experimentation, professional growth and great satisfaction began, that led him to the 14 years at Al Tramezzo – to obtain his Michelin star.

Chef Alberto Rossetti has a deep love and appreciation for fresh pastas and risottos ingrained in him by his mother’s cooking back in Parma, Italy. Executive Chef of the Baglioni Luxury Hotel in Venice, London and at Maldives, today he is Executive Chef at the SQUID in via delle Fonderie in Parma.

Together with our Executive Chef Raffaele, he will be joining La Terrazza’s kitchen to showcase best of produce of Emilia, famous for Parmiggiano Reggiano, Parma ham, balsamic vinegar and fresh pasta.

3-course set menu is priced at £59 per person and is served between 27th of March until 6th of April.
