    The Head Chef of La Terrazza-Chiara Guerra has started her career 16 years ago and graduated from Cordon Bleu school in 2013. She began to work in the family owned hotel in Calabria where she stayed for two years after moving to 5* Castel Monastero resort in Tuscany. She has moved to London in 2016 and worked with many famous chefs such as Gordon Ramsay and 5* hotels such as Westbury, Baglioni and Bulgari. Since March 2022 she joined La Terrazza kitchen as a Head Chef to elevate the unique experience of the authentic Italian cuisine.

    Together with our Executive Chef Raffaele, she will showcase best of produce of Calabria at La Terrazza’s kitchen to be enjoyed during cold months in London.

  3. Michelin Chef Alberto Rossetti presents Emilia Romagna regional event

    Tuesday 12th of March-Monday 26th of March

    Born in 1972, Alberto Rossetti, after studying at the Hotel Institute of Salsomaggiore Terme, he began his work experience in Trentino. He returned to Parma and learned fish cooking techniques with Ferruccio Minuz. From this moment a long journey of experimentation, professional growth and great satisfaction began, that led him to the 14 years at Al Tramezzo – to obtain his Michelin star.

    Chef Alberto Rossetti has a deep love and appreciation for fresh pastas and risottos ingrained in him by his mother’s cooking back in Parma, Italy. Executive Chef of the Baglioni Luxury Hotel in Venice, London and at Maldives, today he is Executive Chef at the SQUID in via delle Fonderie in Parma.

    Together with our Executive Chef Raffaele, he will be joining La Terrazza’s kitchen to showcase best of produce of Emilia, famous for Parmiggiano Reggiano, Parma ham, balsamic vinegar and fresh pasta.

    3-course set menu is priced at £59 per person and is served between 12th of March until 26th of March.

    Of all the different regions, areas and provinces of Italy, Tuscany is responsible for some of the most famous heart-warming dishes to come out of the country. Located in central Italy along the Tyrrhenian coast, Tuscany is home to some of the world’s most notable wine regions. Chianti, Brunello di Montalcino and Vino Nobile di Montepulciano are primarily made with Sangiovese grape whereas the Vernaccia grape is the basis of the white Vernaccia di San Gimignano. Tuscany produces the third highest volume of DOC/G quality wines. Explore the flavours of Tuscan cuisine with the regional tasting menu inspired by Chef Rafaelle and La Terrazza team travels throughout Italy over the last 20 years. The menu will highlight special producers and Tuscan regional ingredients alongside specially curated wine pairings.
