Lazio Regional tasting with Executive Chef Luciano Sarzi

29th of May-15th of June Chef Sartori creates dishes that put a fresh spin on traditional Italian dishes. Since joining Baglioni in Rome in 2009, he has received the “International Certificate of Excellence” from Gotha del Gusto. His cuisine has a typically Mediterranean influence with a perfect combination of Tradition and Innovation.
